Semi-Private Training

Our signature way of training at Instinct. Sessions run with a maximum of four members to one coach, so you get the quality and attention of personal coaching, combined with the energy of training alongside others who are working just as hard as you are.

The programme is planned and periodised across the year. Your coach adapts it to suit you on the day, your ability, how you’re feeling, and what your body needs right now.

In a semi-private session, you train in a small group of up to four people with one dedicated coach, getting personalised guidance alongside the energy of others. In one-to-one, the coach is yours entirely for the full session. One-to-one suits those returning from injury, managing a health condition, or wanting every detail of their training built entirely around them. If you’re unsure which is right for you, Kickstart is a great way to experience both.

 

The honest answer is that a conversation is the best way to find out. Get in touch, and one of our coaches will talk through your goals, your history, and what’s likely to work best for you. There’s no pressure, just a straightforward chat.

 

Not at all. Many of our personal training clients come to us with little or no gym experience. Our coaches are trained to work with people at every level; the programme is built around where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be.

 

Every session is different because it’s built around you. Your coach will have a plan ready, but they’ll adapt it to how you’re feeling that day, your energy levels, any niggles, and what your body needs. You’ll always know what you’re doing and why.
