From strength and conditioning to yoga, Pilates, and cycling, our classes run across three dedicated studios and are built to be effective, varied, and done within the hour. Whatever your goal or fitness level, there’s something on our timetable that’s right for you.
/ BURN & METHOD
Two of our most popular classes, back to back. Method builds strength through structured, progressive gym training. Burn turns up the intensity with a cardio-focused session that'll leave you knowing you've worked.

/ RIDE
Our instructor-led indoor cycling class. High energy, great music, and a serious cardiovascular workout, all without needing to venture outside. No cycling experience needed, and every session is scalable to your fitness level.

We offer a range of yoga classes in our Flow studio. From Holistic and Yoga Flow to a classic Yoga session. Whether you want to slow down, stretch out, or build a more mindful practice, there's a yoga class that fits.

/ PILATES & DYNAMIX
Mat-based sessions focused on core strength, stability, and controlled movement. Dynamix adds breath, mobility and strength elements to the mix, making it one of the most complete classes on our timetable.

/ COMMUNITY CLASSES
Some of our classes are open to the wider community, no membership required. Our Strength & Balance class is designed specifically for members aged 60 and over, with a focus on building functional strength and improving balance for everyday life.
