Ride is our studio-based cycling class, similar to a Spin class but with unique elements from Instinct. Our instructors are world-class, each bringing their own specialities to the class, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Cycling is an excellent way to elevate your heart rate and burn calories while being low-impact on the body. With 12 classes available throughout the week, you’re sure to find a time that suits your schedule.
