Our Pilates classes offer a full-body workout designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles while improving postural alignment and core stability. Rooted in the original techniques of Joseph Pilates, these sequences are mat based, using body weight and small props to challenge balance and coordination and to develop strong bodies. We have classes for varying levels making it suitable for everyone. But, the Friday 10am class is especially for beginners and spends a little longer setting up and explaining each exercise.
