Our Strength & Balance class is designed for the local community members aged 65 and over. As we age, it's essential to keep our bodies moving in various ways and to challenge our muscles and bones to maintain strength. Remember, “use it or lose it!” This class is open to anyone 65 or older, as well as individuals with limited abilities. Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level! We look forward to seeing you there!

Welcome to our Post-Natal class, specially designed for new mummys! We totally understand how tough it can be to get back into exercising after giving birth, and we know you need some extra support as your body adjusts to motherhood. That’s why our amazing coach, Vic, who’s not only post-natal qualified but also a mother of four, is here to help you ease back into fitness. And the best part? You can bring your little bundle of joy along with you! We can’t wait to see you and support you on this journey!
