And the truth is, when you’re starting, trying to stay consistent without support is difficult and often leads to a stop-start cycle. Which, in itself, is exhausting and only strengthens the past negative emotions.
At Instinct, we thought long and hard about this, and came up with… Kickstart!
Kickstart is your opportunity to benefit from training alongside like-minded others and an expert trainer by your side.
The Kickstart program includes 8 semi-private PT sessions; just you, 3 others and your personal coach. You’ll be training next to others who also:

Aren’t chasing perfection.
Show up to feel better, not to show off.
Want long-term health, not quick fixes.
